What are all the necessary modifications for the operation of this turbine on a Mitsubishi Pajero engine?? How is the turbine on the collector? Did you make the flange?

As already described in some comments, a pressure valve (wastegate) was applied and tuned to work, the turbo was soldered to the escape manifold and had to be made a new exhaust exit.

It was converted to a pressure actuator, as it is a mechanical car and for that it is the easiest way to put a variable geometry turbo to work in these mechanics.

The winter is coming and i wanna play with my Pajero 2.5 (4D56), i see you are using a turbo from e320 mercedes, can you tell how much output come from the engine (hp), and what if I stay with the stock intercooler? Are you using stock turbo wastegate or from another turbo ? or if you like to help me drop your email or phone number ! nice project by the way!

Hello, as already mentioned we do not know how much it has horses as it uses the original injection, nothing has changed in the injectors, the injection pump is the original (only more debit), because the jeep never went to the bank, which we know It is another jeep, because we have power in all regimes what is great for this engine, if we want to accelerate it responds very well. The intercooler in this case has changed by another universal and we put in front of the vehicle for a higher cooling. Wastegate has already used the original 2.5TD turbo, currently has a Wastegate of a GT15.

I have some news dude, and I need help, found an garrett td04e for free, installed on my 4d56 pajero and now i dont have boost with that , also running without wastegate now i'm waiting for wastegate to arrive for install may the problem be there what do you think

@@mevlanmislimi8448 Wastegate is required to function and have to be tuned and given more debit, this turbo is much larger than the original. But for me I see no benefit in putting this turbo, because there will still be less low and less mediated, it is always better a variable geometry turbo, to bring these engines to life in all regimes.
