I once met Mitzi, and she kissed me on the cheek. I'm 83 years old now, and I've never forgotten how flattered I was and how charming she was. Wonderful memory.

How do you know that she’s a kind person? Have you worked for her or know her?

@@gjm2669 I knew a guy who used to dance with Mitzi in her stage show for many years and he used to say that she was nice but always business like on the set. Kind was not a word he ever used to describe her.

I haven't seen the guy since 1980 so I will try to remember the name and get back to you. We were casual friends who used to attend Buddhist meetings together but his name eludes me at the moment.

I wish she would have talked about Betty Grable. Mitzi had a supporting part in My Blue Heaven 1950 with Betty and Dan Dailey. This was Mitzis first film.

Mitzi stated that she did not work well in front of the camera. She was more of stage performer.
