Love this stitch! I alternatively did hdc rather than sc row for less yarn eater. Very happy with the drape and texture. Thanks

i haven’t seen this stitch before - happened to find it while looking for something different for my next project. I like the textured look very much so will have to do a swatch to test out how it feels. Been an active crocheter for over 50 years but always looking to learn new stitches. Thank you for posting this pattern stitch.

Your crochet is amazing! So inspirational. Did you design this stitch? I love all the different textures you come up with. I've been using to make Warm Up America donation rectangles. Makes the donation blankets so interesting and fun.

Can you start with a chainless hdc foundation instead of the chain/sc row?

Too bad you can’t do this stitch like a C2C variation
