We use groundnut oil methi pud hing muster seeds powder salt harad lemon juce enough.pour heated oil then cool it add it with chilly powder . It’s like north side but in Maharashtra origin we preferably have not been using. Even in Karnataka also. Use mutter also. It tastes awsome. I have been making it since last 45 yrs
