You are right....it is all polyester based. I am in the swimming pool business and glass entire pools. We have used untold cans of those products and those two will always bond and you can thin it to any viscosity you want and add catalyst to suit you and have it kick off to suit your needs and work with the temperature...great going, Man!

When are you going to install that beautiful grill you showed a few weeks back? Are you still using that one or are you making one from scratch? The grill will give the truck so much personality. I cant wait to see it. I love your project, it's unusual yes but so is the green goblin and what a hit that car is!! This is a Bad Chad creation and were lucky to watch its birth. BTW my wife loves the way you compliment Jolene each day. Thanks a lot chump!! You're putting the pressure right on me LOL!! 👍👌

It’s awesome when Chad reiterates all the work involved, on both sides of the vehicle, it may seem redundant, as Chad does us the favor of re-drilling his work processes even further into our heads. This cab over truck specifically, every step of the way, has been a extremely detailed clinical course in Chads proven way of quickly building custom cars…8)

Chad makes me feel happy his upbeat attitude all the time is contagious This is one of the reasons i watch even when people put him down or tell him he is not doing it correctly. His work speaks volumes and look at his projects completed

AMEN BROTHER !!! The people who say he’s doing it wrong have been proved wrong time after time after time and yet they try to get some sort of dig at bad Chad‘s work 🤔🤔. It has to be that they’re jealous that they cannot match bad Chad work or hours to get something done. They probably pedal around hour after hour after day after day after week after week etc. etc. etc. 😐😐. Bad Chad and Jolene just go about your business even though it must really get under their skin and they prove them wrong !! Bad Chad and Jolene you are number one 🥇🥇🥇🤗💃🏻🕺🏼⚡️💥☄️✨💫

I watch as I usually do every evening and I noticed that tonight you seem to be justifying the way you do your body work ! Well chad I don’t think you need to do this because I seen some of the cars you built and man the people that criticize you need to start thinking that maybe just maybe there are different ways of doing things and getting the same results!! Anyways doing great work in my opinion 👍👍😎

Chad when people are taught one way they argue with people who have learned a different way. It's something I use to tell people I taught in the HVAC field that there's 1000 different ways to do things and they might find a different way to do things but it doesn't mean it's wrong or better it's just a different way to get the job done. The way you do things are very different from most but not one person can tell you that you are wrong when you get these jobs done in a third of the time someone else is doing it. I have never seen someone build a car faster than you. I don't agree with everything you do but damn you are unbelievably fast and you are building beautiful art. Thank you very much Chad and Jolene for letting us join you guys on your journey through this crazy world we live in. Thank you for being so freaking kind to everyone. Just awesome!!!

Your videos are inspiring. The commentary is fabulous, it's like listening to some kind of ancient storytelling... I know nothing about cars, nor could I call myself a car enthusiast but your videos are wonderful to watch and listen to. I come from a Arts background; trained in Fine Art and have taught Art & Design and I watch what you do through the prism of an Arts & Crafts tradition. True craftsmanship and creativity and always educational. Hiltz Auto Co is to me Hiltz Art Co... Love it. An Englishman and genuine admirer!

Epoxy resins are "hygroscopic" meaning that it ABSORBS moisture (not blocking it) so it will not stop rust. I learned this in the electronics industry, where potting a chip with epoxy will lower the reliability. Moisture combines with the epoxy, and forms an acid that corrodes the circuit...causing a failure. To prevent this, we applied a silicone "barrier coat" to protect the circuit from the acid.
