Mixing Panettone in FAMAG mixer

Solstice Acre Bread's 2020 panettone sale. We mixed three batches of 8 loaves for a total of 24 chocolate hazelnut panettone. This was the first time we made a brioche style dough with the FAMAG mixer.

Nicely done ,I tried once to make panettone,with a kind of similar recipe, all I had to do is succeed to make one loaf aaaand! I failed.
