This deck I think is great for those deep "finding self" readings from the perspective of being in a toxic, cyclical relationship that you either can't or don't want to get out of. I think it's great for giving readings that inspire turning pain into creative power and for exploring ourself in relation to those that we love. It's super deep. I love the 8 of Swords, might be my fav ever. I'm so glad to know you love this deck.

Yes good call, share the experience they’re having. Such a great way to put it. I’ve been there, maybe we all have at some point, and learned some expensive lessons as a result. There have been times (two times) where I purchased a deck that I enjoyed the art work of but knew in my gut it wasn’t something I would work with but then purchased it because someone else was excited about it and it made me excited too. I’ve been keeping in mind now moving forward.

Such a wonderful gift and a very interesting side by side comparison

Oh wow, I can definitely see how Thoth has influenced this deck! You can tell how intentional the creator is with her use of color in this respect 🤩

Thankfully I no longer suffer from fomo. Because I only use traditional tarot decks but I still enjoy walkthroughs for the sake of the art. Thanks for sharing 👍

I watched this whilst in bed and fell asleep - great sleep asmr but ehh doesn't make for the most fair appreciation of your video, I did however completely avoid the shiny trigger 😂😂😂 and am now researching but think I'm gonna skip that to work on my own shit and keep avoiding the trigger.

Hi, I have the Avatara. So I can watch... otherwise I would really appreciate the disclaimer. Also the reminder of what someone may already have that maybe give a similar experience. So I'll carry on watch !! Gurt lush present 🎉

as a Frida fan, tarot avatara has always been interesting to me for a number of good and strange reasons. it's a very beautiful deck. i love that Gabi used colors based on how Frida wrote about them. as for feeling like you want to stop buying decks, (and i offer this as sharing some personal perception and less of like, preachy unasked for advice LOL) something i do for myself is not buy mass market decks online. it's just too easy to A) spend money and B) get what you *think* you want. having to go to a store that may or may not be physically close is a healthy boundary, esp for me who will talk myself out of going into public vERY easily LOL. it also just feels more rewarding and even fun to find a deck i have been interested in in person. like a lil scavenger hunt. and you end up supporting your local economy!

This is something I try to do too. It’s like “we’ll if it’s not at the local bookstore, I don’t get to have it today” and it feels like I’m “earning it” more by finding it in person.

Yes indeed. Avatara is a deck for outsiders. It definitely touches on a few really painful things that many tarot folks have been through. Chronic pain. Toxic but on-going relationships. I haven't ever done a side by side, so it was great to see. I am putting together a vr for Kelly Bear's Temperance video. I think I will include hers... 🧡💛💚💙💜🩷
