nata190573 Thank you! Enjoy Japan! FYI - I read that the torii gate at Miyajima is under renovation, but I wouldn’t let that dissuade you from visiting.

Miyajima is definitely one of the most beautiful places I've been to in Japan. Wasn't as many tourists around when I was there though, pretty much just me and the deers :)

@TheBellTree6 жыл бұрын
Dominic Pugh Hi Dominic! No part 2 for Hiroshima and Miyajima unfortunately. We were moving really quickly last trip. Really too quickly. Next one is in Tokyo gaming (and eating of course). After that, Hakone.
@dominicpugh68596 жыл бұрын
The Bell Tree That’s a shame. But completely makes sense. Your brother looked wrecked on that train journey. Tokyo gaming sounds great and I know nothing about Hakone so that will be eyeopening and informing! Can’t wait to see them. Great editing, great work. Keep it up.

Miyajima island was amazing, you should stay overnight so you have time for the hike to the peak, and then go see the gate lit up at night! The ryokan Ryoso Kawaguchi is really good for english speaking tourists but still has very good traditional kaiseki. Did anyone try the oysters?

Do you think it‘s possible to do those two trips in one day? I‘ve been last in Hiroshima and Miyajima but not on the same day, I’m going back next summer but this time without a night in Hiroshima, we‘re staying a few days in Osaka so are planning to go from there. I’m not sure if it fits in without stress (going early and coming back late to Osaka) Love your vids dude! Was there the first time with my brother and going back next year for almost a month with my boyfriend! And I‘m so freakkin excited to go back 😄 Are you planning a vid about hiking mount fuji? 😄 keep up the good work!
@TheBellTree6 жыл бұрын
xBattler95 That’s exactly what we did. We left Osaka early in the morning and went to the Peace Memorial Park and downtown Hiroshima in the morning. Then we spent the whole afternoon at Miyajima. It did feel rushed, so I don’t necessarily recommend it, but it can be done. If possible, an overnight stay on the island would be best.

It's called "Sekai no Yamachan"! it's a big chain all over japan, so if you just punch "yamachan" into google maps, I'm sure tons of locations will show up! :)
