I’ve got this worry with my engine, I bought a running driving st150 but didn’t have mot, it ran alright on my drive and up and down my small street but won’t know what it’s like giving it some thrash until it’s in the Escort.

@@retrostance7345 you would hope so.Do they have competition experience,I've heard of them and they sound decent.If I go modern lump might be the one.. I'm a boat anchor fan though.. Nah,just joking around about sanspeed rollers being optimistic!!

Got to build a new lump can't make up mind.early mk1 shell ermine white...twin cam ...pricy.2.0xflow pricy. blacktop or st170?? Imo if you got 16valves you want 200 at the wheels..or you will lose to a good pinto.

@@swebb302 duratecs make around the 190/200 from a 2.0 just on bodies. I’ve cams 48s etc so I should see over 200 i hope. I’d reccomend duratec for the lightness!

Unwise for the tuner to let you go and do donuts when the engine isn't mapped. That's what killed the motor
