Mk2 Ford Focus St Track Car gets lots of New Mods! - Track Day Prep ST225/Xr5

In todays video we go through various mods that I haven’t installed on camera either because it wasn’t long enough to make a full length video, I just didn’t have time to make a full dedicated video on, so we’re going to cover all of them today
I’m very happy with all these improvements we’ve made to the car. I’m looking forward to testing them out on track very soon.

You need the twist lock connectors mate , I learnt the hard way. Mine were one piece matrix hoses and were jublieed straight onto the alloy pipes on the bulkhead coolant leaked all down inside the firewall and soaked drivers footwell made a mess. Do yourself a favour and fit them back on mate you'll thank me later 👍🏼 good luck

Thanks for that advice mate. I think I’ll order a set of those factory hoses. Coolant leaks are the last thing I want! Thanks mate

Replace your tank and cap too if you haven’t already! And like the comment says above get the factory Ford ones for the heater matrix I’m pretty sure Jamie at OEM denied keeps them on the shelf

Tank and cap are definitely on the list of things to upgrade at some point. And yeah after hearing about the oem hoses I think I’ll get a set of those as well

I cant believe it hasnt got a flame kit yet. needed for 300bhp+
