Your car looks great. Nice job. As an American though, and an owner of a 2012 MK3 Focus Hatchback, with manual transmission of course, I have to wonder about the 145HP your engine puts out. Here in the USA the car came with a 2.0L naturally aspirated engine that makes 160HP and 146 ft. lbs. of torque. Was this engine not available where you are? The 1.6L turbo engines have all been recalled in the USA due to the insufficient block deck surface because of poor cooling passage design. They blow the head gasket very prematurely. The latest engines have been redesigned and don't have this problem anymore. I hope you don't experience that problem. I am not a fan of air suspensions, but other than that I have to say your car is one of the classiest cool looking Focus I've seen. You can surely be proud of this.

I have a question about your LED lights. I've got a 13 plate Focus ST, as we know - the standard bulbs are shite! Did you need to use any software to use the LED's at all? I previously bought some HID's off CEUK and they didnt end up working - they kindly even sent a second test Canbus system to see if that would resolve it, but the car just kept saying "Dipped beam fault" Will this be the same with the LED's? I just want some decent headlights!😅

Hi Tom, you can either buy some LED resistors for your headlights or you can code the CANBUS system to not detect faults with the bulbs. Both are really quick and easy to do. 😁

I did watch the old exhaust video. You mention that is 3” Is that 3” pipe from the dpf to the back/end or 3” only back section and silencer delete straight standard pipe ?

I’ve had the silencer removed and back box made up from 3”. Not sure how wide the stock system from DPF back is. 😊

You can get a stage 1 remap with no upgrade of parts and see significant improvements. 😊

Hi mate, yeah this sounds like you need to change the setting in FORSCAN. If you don't fancy doing that then you will need some LED resistors that resist more voltage to trick the system. Hope this helps. 😁

Hey, I have loved watching your vids! I have just picked up a white zetec S FSH it's perfect apart from the drive home it seemed like it didn't want to downshift into 2nd 70% of the time. What is the mount upgrade I've heard about but never found anywhere? Can you shed some light on what it is and where I can one?

Hi mate, glad to hear you're in a Zetec S! I'm not sure about that issue you're having but I think what you have heard is the gearbox mount (dog bone). Most people upgrade these to reduce how much the engine moves under acceleration/deceleration. I haven't done that and just replaced mine due to it causing a knock. 😁

@@xiolage thankyou for your response :) hmm maybe it is still my issue then, as if It will change into 2nd smoothly depending on my speed and direction of turning maybe it's moving in such a way it's making the link harder to engage its not hard to get into gear it's like the gear sometimes doesn't exist there, just speculation lol. But regardless I love the car and I want to do subtle changes to make it stand out from the rest, I love what you've done thanks again!

Hi mate I have 1.0 ecoboost. I am not sure if i should do the same engine mods you have. As you know its a ahsit engine with many probelems I dont want it to blow up or tear out faster than usual just for some turbo pipes. My car is 100k miles.

I’d recommend changing some of the pipes for silicone but at 100k performance mods like a remap etc may not help with longevity. 😊

Hey Chris, it’s not too bad to replace. Remove the silicone pipe clamps and slide it off the resonator, undo the 2 screws holding the resonator on and swap them over! 🤞🏼

I’d always recommend a remap. If you haven’t done this yet, prepare to have your mind blown. 🤯

I’d start with just the remap. I got the map tweaked after changing the filter and charge pipes and only saw 2 more bhp so really not that drastic. If you’re changing the turbo you’ll have to change the clutch etc as the torque will be through the roof. 😅
