Im using these mk4 diys for my TT. I would say its 95% the same car. There might be a few extra hoses and vacuum lines but this is good stuff

Greetings PincheAls, the procedure is really clear... i'm just waiting this video. Really, thanks for share us your experiences. I have two questions: 1. In the moroso neck filler, the small conector near cap needs some hose? Where is it ending? 2. With this delete coolant ball solution, is possible having an other hidden coolant reservoir, maybe some slim coolant reservoir? Thanks man.

Iván Gomez the small connector is the overflow.. I just ran a hose to the ground ao when it get hot it will spill coolant. You can use a small resivior to collect it but it will not suck it back in.

Why do you not relocate the coolant bottle? And is it going to run hot? Could you not blow this block up quick or make more engine problems ?

Sink no because it still has pressure relief. Only way youll cause more issues if i made the system sealed and had the coolant go no where if it got to hot. Will also not cause any other issues if you keep an eye out for coolant levels. If i relcated the bottle it will not qork properly because it needs to sit higher than the radiator for it to work correctly. It's now more like an old school car that has an overflow tank but it just dumps it to the ground..lol

Great vid question when doing the two delete or relocation, with my car in that corner there is the washer bottle so do u run the no washer and wipers ? Or do u just relocate it ? Your car is looking great kept up the great work

Peter Harrold just remove the washer bottle however the sensor for the water level in the tank youll need to jump it with a paper clip so you dont get the low lvl light on your dash

Peter Harrold the wipers you can remove just remember to keep one in your car at all times just in case ot rains and a 13mm wrench to install it.

Can u delete ac compressor on mk4s ive been looking for bypass pulleys but theres nothing showing up is there a belt without it

You can but you need a different belt tensioner and belt

RuinedMk4 correct youll need to plug the Y pipe that goes to the metal pipe or swap out tue hose and make it a single long hose

This is for big turbo that does not use coolant to cool the turbo. We blocked off the port

Can you do this on a mk4 Vr6?

Yes however vr6 has a secondary water pump youll have issues with heat. I would suggest a larger radiator and better fans.

I wouldn't do this to the vr6. you will have issues.
