Mk8 GTI vs Cobb AccessPort - WILL IT WORK???🤯

Up until about a week ago my cobbAP was down for about 4 weeks. A connection issue between my ecu and theAP. Still unsure exactly the cause of this issue but there is a FIX! Appreciate WCAVD for their knowledge and fast customer service! IF YOU ARE LOCAL I definitely recommend their work! @WCAVD on IG!!

U getting any misfires switching from the e tune to pump?

I get an average of 1 or 2 “misfires” that read on my cobb AP but I still get no codes and the car runs fine. But that’s just on e, I have yet to switch back to pump, which I heard is good to do here and there when running e so it can clean out the system

my friend gave me his tune cobb but i have to delete his profile on tune then download the mk8 tune on my computer to upload my version and somehow is not reading it. im just wondering did you have to download it on the computer then install to your car??

Nah man the tune was pre loaded from Cobb, complete plug and play

Have your tried to reset the AP?

@@joshuaersando6598 yeah man at that point just take it over to a shop, I was having the same connection issues but they did a hard reset on the AP and something to do with removing the battery and did another reset on the car I believe but after that it was solid👌🏽
