I absolutely love the faraway looks that Charlie gets on his face when he plays. What a laid back, awesome, talented genius. I've never seen or heard of Carter McLean before but I now have someone to research because this drumming melted my face off! 27:20 - about 28:48 made me stop everything I was doing. What a badass!

Literally an exceptional drummer who can play in a trio for 2 hours without having rehearsed and who at the end of each song concludes perfectly at the same time as the other musicians who had rehearsed.

@@erastusc4908 Ahhh, nope :D you're talking about _triple strokes._ It's still 16th notes, he just doesn't play the 'e' of each beat. I was talking about the dynamics, choosing to play hard on the '&' of the beat gives it a great funky vibe. Charlie sees that too. Now triplets would be what Carter plays at 17:19 ! Those are triplets
