Its obvious to me the Astros cheated in 2017, 2018, and 2019. I think the only reason why the Astros didn't win the World Series in 2018 and 2019 is that teams were on to their cheating and doing more to change the signs up. However, the fact that battery mates have to constantly worry about changing sign sequences and keep tabs on which sign sequences they have used and haven't used is a shore in itself that takes away from the pitcher and catcher to totally focus on the pitches needed to get batters out. The fact that opponents have to work so hard to be constantly changing sign sequences is a mental advantage to the cheating Astros in itself.

Yeah, they couldn't hit Strasburg's curve or his fastball, the National's are on record as saying they were constantly switching their sign sequences sometimes after every hitter because most teams already knew by then the Astros had cheated the Dodgers. If Strasburg would have gone up against the Astros in 2017 without any clue the Astros had a camera fixated on his catcher and codebreaker to figure the sign sequences, the Astros would have layed off of his curve ball and the same thing that happened to Kershaw would have happened to him. Wait a minute, I hightly doubt you even know what it is for a batter to layoff a pitch, so nevermind. LOL!

That one player brought up a really good point. It is worse than steroids because with steroids, you still have to hit the ball because you don’t know what pitch is coming, but when you introduce technology in your own ballpark, where only your team has access to and your opponent doesn’t, that is the next level of cheating.
