My review: each year gets worse and worse for those of us who strictly play offline. I live in a rural farming community. My connection isn't strong enough for multiplayer for almost any online game. 24 is the utmost worst, in my opinion, for offline players like me. I got the game October 9th, started playing the next day, and quit playing this afternoon (Nov. 3rd.) 168 hrs. total. I finished all programs minus Egg Hunt that requires, partially, multiplayer. I finished Affinity. I finished Showdown, Mini-Seasons, and Conquest. I started Road to the Show, and I don't care for March to October or Franchise, and finished Storylines which was very difficult 'cause I'm not a Derek Jeter fan. Great player; belongs in the HoF but I don't like him but I did his storyline anyway. The only repeatable Conquest Map that gives stubs on completion is the U.S. Map, which can take up to 15 hrs to complete over a 2-day period on repeat and only gives a measly 3,000 stubs on completion. I don't care for mini-seasons; if one played it as much as I did in 21 and 23, it's just, in the end, not good for your players stats in the long run. And, I care about my players' stats. However, even in playing it repeatedly, and while a few of them give good rewards: in the long term in repeat: not fun in the least. I completed all Collections except Season 1-3. I counted how many cards I need to complete them combined: 534 cards. ALL OF WHICH, I have to purchase. There is no way that's happening. It would literally take me years of playing mini-seasons and the U.S. Map and hoping I get good packs from the Forever mini-game to complete those three collections. From my viewpoint: it seems they're moving most to all cards, eventually, to multiplayer and doing away with that section of Diamond Dynasty offline. I could be wrong. If 24 is like this for us offline players: 25 will be way worse for us so...I'm done with this game series.

I hadn't played a modern baseball video game in many years. I'm very disappointed in this game. It doesn't seem to have a simple game mode to play, a regular season with playoffs. I tried Franchise, then March to October. I didn't like either game modes. Both me and my dad decided that playing a single exhibition game, was better. We like playing as Shohei, it sucks we won't be able to play in playoffs or WS because of the weird game modes. Is it too much to ask? A baseball game with a simple regular season>playoffs>World Series format? Like we watch on tv? We really do need another baseball simulator. I'm just glad I tried this game out through game pass instead of buying it.

Easily the Worst game in the series and the fact it scored above a 5 is insane. Daily XP cap to push you towards micro transactions. You can no longer use your created player in Diamond Dynasty.. Graphics are absolutely terrible, gameplay hasn’t improved since the show 18. RTTS is the worst it has ever been. Thank goodness this is on gamepass. Nobody in their right mind would ever buy this for $70.
