Another series of pictures from the archives of the late Peter Korbee. A Marineluchtvaartdienst promotor avant la lettre. This time from the period between 1917 and 1984. 1917 founding year of the MLD and 1984 the end of flying the Breguet 1150(SP13A) Atlantic. The service lost three(3) of its nine(9) aircraft. Two by elevator trouble and one by an engine explosion.

Thank you for the excellent photographic images of the MLD aircraft. The NEPTUNEs and TRACKERs were great to see because the US Naval Reserve operated them in New England. The ATLANTICs were also good to see because they were such an innovative maritime patrol aircraft.
