It's ridiculously the mom did not have health insurance for her son!
@kathynordskog92712 жыл бұрын
Right! But she could afford $400 per month to board her horses. She recently bought a horse last year for $5,000. Not to mention buy an expensive gun for her son for early Christmas present.She was well aware of his mental difficulties.

Maybe her husband's health insurance handled the son? My ex's insurance was better than mine. The kids were on his plan.

The defense attorneys volunteered for a high profile case to gain notoriety and get exposure. However, I think they got more than they can chew and are choking on it. Ummmm, correct?

I don’t think it’s ALL notoriety ; more money hungry and, SOME notoriety ; the attorneys representing the retard parents were the same attorneys for LARRY NASSIR (USA GYMNASTICS DOCTOR MOLESTATION CASE) so they are already known ; however, (NOT in a good light) lmao.

Um, um, um is all the defense attorney says…like watching an unprepared middle schooler try to present. Where the hell did she go to primary school, college, law school?! This is not looking good for her CV

Hmm, this is a preliminary hearing she is doing exactly what she is supposed to be doing- preparing for trial. This isn’t a Broadway show, it is a conference between the judge and attorneys. The public thinks it is entertainment for them, it really isn’t.

Granted that this isn’t a high profile defense lawyer like what say convicted criminal Elizabeth Holmes would hire and charge millions for, this defense lawyer sounds very amateurish and not sure of her self. Allmost like his is one of her first cases and she’s definitely not winning anyones confidence let alone her clients.
@Rogueviewer12 жыл бұрын
Nah… I have to be coherent for my line of work, which - admittedly- isn’t as high stakes as this case! Literally, life, death and the law involved but she’s ummmmming away. Could you do this at your job and still be considered professional?
@angtxsun44602 жыл бұрын
@@Rogueviewer1 It is a discussion of the evidence, it is not prepared ahead of time. What’s a shame is that the public doesn’t understand how these things work. It is like judging all of the imperfections of each practice of a Broadway play, thinking it is opening night.

The mother or father (by the way, since he doesn’t work, where the hell WAS he that day?) is who should have taken that boy home that day. It WAS a cry for help. A cry to a woman who didn’t care enough, nor want to be bothered, to take her son to a doctor that day, or at the very least, home

The father worked also. He was working for Doordash at the time after losing his other job.

@@TheAmtwhite Still. Isn’t that the kind of job though where u make your own schedule? And the school is equally at fault.
@TheAmtwhite2 жыл бұрын
@@whomiswhowespeaktobutwhoiswhom It is where you can make your own schedule, but I would think they were very financially strapped at the time since he had been off work before starting with doordash. But it still was obvious their son needed more help and attention than they gave him. Probably why the mom wanted to go back to work part time just after the shooting. And by that point they needed money for lawyers, at least for their son at the time.

The Defense attorney has no clue on how to defend these guffy people, just standing up there sounding so new to her position. And if she says um 1 more time...

"Correct..? Correct..? Correct..?" Sheesh! Annoying how the defense attorney is repeating the same questions as the prosecutor, but with adding .. "Is that correct..?" OR "Correct..?" at the end of her questions. And the Prosecutor should allow her Asst. Prosecutor do the questioning of the witnesses, she's not specific with her line of questioning .. I prefer Keast with his professional demeanor and his skills/knowledge of proceeding with the witnesses. Prosecutor MacDonald seems too worked up and allowing her "personal" emotions to interfere with how she is handling the prosecution. Yes, I totally understand that this case is fueled by emotions .. but the Prosecutor needs to slow down, seems to talk way too fast and fumbles her words and thoughts more often than not. 🤷🏻♀️
