I read that Chuck and Blair were never meant to fall in love, but they had so much chemistry on set, that producers decided to add their love story into show. I’m so glad they did, though, because that’s the love story we’re all obsessed with 😍 Gossip Girl just wouldn’t be the same without it

i feel like the scene where chuck apologises for everything is so powerful. it shows that even when they’re not together, they can be real and vulnerable with each other. and it was really important in his character development because he was able to apologise and please her without having an ulterior motive. he wasn’t trying to win her back, he wasn’t manipulating her; he was being good and kind and nice. for someone like him, that would’ve been really difficult.

I love how they revealed dan was GG and letting Nate have the story to really let his career soar with The Spectator but it felt rushed forsure. It was like he and Serena hated each other 90% of the season and then in one episode forgave each other then bam married lmao. Overall I was happy with it too! It's so funny to STILL hear people say they don't like that Dan was GG and they can't believe it's him blah blah blah. But since day 1 it came out im like dude! It is perfect he was the least suspected person although he was the only WRITER. So he should've been the obvious choice 🤣😂 besides the fact everyone and their mom thought GG was a woman haha.
