@@maryeckel9682 that's unfortunately a very common experience we needed to endure back in the 80's and 90's. When we'd get bullied or harrassed, it was always our fault. I don't know how old this teacher was, but she's giving boomer energy. I've also read a book by a famous (boomer) makeup artist, where she gave advice on how to cover different "issues", and also body shamed everyone who isn't hourglass shaped. The reason I read said book was that I was looking for products and tips for my atopic skin, and to deal with excema. It's just 100% useless to be told "if you have excema, you need to apply full coverage foundation to cover it". Which is litterally the content of that book, paired with photos before and after makeup, going over all skin conditions the exact same way.

We did the vomiting up to 12 times a day, radioactive food, X-rays, bloodwork, and many other gastric issues for 8 years. When we finally got that diagnosis and got her on periactin, her symptoms probably 80% vanished. We also got on the FODMAP diet. There’s an app with Monash university. Over the last 3 years we got off the medicine once her body healed but she’ll be with FODMAP the rest of her life. I don’t know if it will help you but my heart absolutely breaks for you. Story #1 breaks my heart. As one who suffers from chronic stomach issues and many other issues, her story of getting a diagnosis sounds very familiar to my journey. I had the endoscopy. I had to eat the radioactive oatmeal and sit under an instrument for a gastric emptying test. I, too, have severe emetophobia. I have many food sensitivities and allergies. I, too, became frustrated with going to the Dr. (though not ever fearful - just tired of wasting money to be told that I needed to go on antidepressants when I wasn't depressed). It certainly is a journey and I just want to comfort Erica in the first story that there are still some good Drs out there between all the weeds. I was scammed by fake Drs until I found one that is an MD that practices integrated medicine - so he finds the root cause and tries to fix that issue rather than slapping a pill in the mix and calling it a day. I do have gastroparesis, celiac, and a dairy allergy just to name a few of the many chronic illnesses I have. I won't see one that isn't an MD, though, due to being scammed by one without the medical degree (which backs up knowledge about the physiology of the human body and who has taken in-depth courses on pathologies). I am receiving the best care that I've ever had because of this Dr. He doesn't peddle his own products, can write prescriptions or give necessary vaccines, has a medical degree, and seeks to treat the root cause of the issue with solid scientific evidence of bloodwork and testing rather than some psycho arm pulling nonsense scam where someone doesn't take insurance and sells their own supplements. I spent thousands before I saw through the lies and that those kinds of people prey on desperate, sick individuals. I hope you find a Dr. that you can trust and who can help you just like I did. It took awhile but it was worth it in the end. (Love your cat photos! I had a wonderful cat that I used to say was more like a dog than a cat sometimes. She also couldn't retract her claws, but she never clawed our furniture. She was a joy in our lives for 18 years. I love seeing other people's kitties since I no longer have mine with me as she passed about 4 years ago.) And, Hannah, I absolutely LOVE to hear your sweet cats meowing in the background! I had headphones in last week listening to one with the kitty noises in the background and it was so super sweet!

One of our cats was genuinely concerned for Zeke, I wish I had gotten video of him running around trying to find the other kitty Adding onto say about story 3: I wish an employee had been there to intervene LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO. I used to work for them and if you hear anyone harassing other shoppers you're supposed to separate the harasser from the other person, and try to get them to a manager so the manager can take over. I never had to do it but I heard about it happening once at my store.

So when Zeke was yelling at you to get to bed, my cats both reacted looking for Zeke. It was adorable

Found myself meowing "hello" back to your cat as i do it with mine. My boy cats ears were twitching when zeek started meowing! Love hearing the meows.

Still on story one - just had to say that after having a very rough few days after saying goodbye to my beloved kitty cat, hearing Zeke losing his mind because your bedtime routine was interrupted brought a smile to my face. Give that guy plenty of love from his dedicated fans

As a RN myself, I find this disgusting. I don't know how legislation in America would apply to this scenario but in South Africa my job would be at risk if I pulled a stunt like this.

Zeke is trying his darnedest to get you to go to bed! I love how vocal he is, like he's part Siamese. Also, my sympathies on trying to film with an infant around. I stopped at cats-as-kids so have never experienced that kind of tiredness. Love having you and your content back. Best wishes to you, AJ, and your baby girl.

Story 2: From what I've watched from other creators (Eris Bies talks about it in some of her videos) who have been part of and left MLMs, the lawsuits happen fairly often when people high in the company and their downlines move companies. It seems like the new company tends to cover the cost of legal fees and such, presumably because they expect that person and their downline to make them a ton of money. I assume it could be considered 'protecting their investment' in a way, the investment being the effort to get that person and their downline over to their company.

I actually went to a Primerica interview in my late twenties (I'm 45) and I just got a shady vibe. I was a single parent, their vague answers about how much I could make and all of the variables didn't sit well with me. I'm someone who wants to know EXACTLY what the pay is, EXACTLY what I'll be doing... I don't have time for vagueness. Also, I hate sales. Haha! Great video!

Yah. I was hounded in in what now makes me cringe at how disgusting his way was when I was a tender 21 year old just started self employed music teacher. Ie. Vulnerable to the max when it came to financial stuff. I didn’t even know what a pyramid scheme or MLM was. Fortunately, I didn’t lose any money or friends and was out within a month. Now I’m SO anti mlm lol.

When your cat meowed for the first time at the start of the video I started looking for one of my own cats, thinking he was in my office 😂

Love the video and also Zeke in it lol. When I go to bed, I wrap my arm around my dog, who pays in the middle of the bed (she must be the center of attention, after all). If I'm late, she usually gives me a withering look and sighs dramatically, since she's not allowed to bark in the house.

To borrow a phrase from CCSuarez: You don’t need to apologize for Zeke-He lives with you, we don’t. He just wants his mom time!

1) sorry that i giggled so much at the beginning over Zeke and you 😂 2) i can understand this writer's story and fear of new doctors. I have had autoimmune diseases for the last 13 years and have had many bad experiences with doctors. Fortunately i have a great team now. So hang in there, it will get there for you too. 3) those people that done the writer of number 2 are all horrible and many failed them. They are unique and beautiful just the way they are. 4) as Erin would say, don't join a MLM 😂

Oh god, I am so sorry for story 3's writer. That woman was awful and you didn't deserve any of it. I don't know what else to say, but that you are perfect the way you are :) and you deserve all the nice things.
