Can I USB direct connect with an iPhone? I have tried AirDroid Cast. They have a USB connection option. But I can’t get the screen to show when I am setting the ROIs

Another great video! I have been struggling through connection issues ever since I bought the MLM2 Pro. I really only use it with GS pro. This video is so helpful to understand the differences in connections. I can't wait to give this a try and see if this helps with my connection issues. Great question! Sadly, yes we will need the $199 Rapsodo Subscription (Free the 1st year) for Spin Rate and Spin Axis in order to keep using this device for GSPro. Appreciate the interest and comment!

When I use awesome golf my mlm2pro doesn't have a DHCP lease on my home network and the tablet is still on the network . So I'm pretty sure 3rd party apps use Bluetooth to communicate. I'm planning to test using awesome golf windows app for ROIs in the gspro connector.

Local WiFi Network, any idea which frequency you are using on your access point, is that 2.4, 5 , 6 GHz or maybe all three. Try to find out which frequency is used by the MLM2 Pro. Configure your access point only on 5 GHz if that is supported and try your Rapsodo to connect with your WiFi. 2.4 GHz: only a few channels available but the signal is stronger but the speed slower. 5.0 GHz more free channels, signal is weaker so you need to be closer, but the speed is faster.

yeah this is another great piece of content that addresses key issues that i think we are all facing..you seem very tech savvy so im guessing when we talk about connecting to our home broadband network and the issues that arise you have already gone into you router settings and given your mlm2 device its own dedicated ip and or adjusted setting for the device to give firewall or security bypass or some thing to this effect?? ..i am not very tech savvy so maybe what i'm describing is'nt actually something that can be done through your routers admin settings but if it is i'd expect you'd probably have already looked into it.....on connecting using direct wifi method..can you cast your tablet to your screen without being on the same network as lets say a chromecast as i am using..as i find myself needing my chromecast ipad and mlm2 all connected to either my home network or mobile data network?

This is a great question and I should PIN one major part of it. I screen share via USB using Samsung Flow. I bought the Samsung tablet specifically for this so I could eliminate needing my home network for anything. If you direct connect you can not wirelessly screen share as it requires a common WiFi network to share the screen within.

Hard to say for the parts of Rapsodo that require internet. But if you direct connnect your MLM2 will have best chance of getting data to your phone/tablet. I prefer Direct connet and to have connecting device withhin 1-2 feet of the MLM2 for best results.

When in Direct Connection MLM2Pro to Ipad Air, I can’t use the Airplay App on the Pc due to the Ipad is already connected to another wifi Any solution? Is that different with an Android tablet?

To Screen Share to the PC in Direct Connection you will need a USB Screen Share solution. I bought the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite just for this purpose. It allows screen share via Samsung Flow with USB. No need for wireless network. I havent' researched if there is an Apple version for this but for Android there is Windows Phone Link and Samsung Flow for Samsung. If need to wirelessly share your screen you would then need a Local Network Connection in that case. Sorry for the confusion.

Hey! I’ve been able to mirrored with the Android Cast app from Ipad to windows. Better video quality. Seems to be working great with Direct Wifi. Now got the issue on the gspro connector to find the window for to assign ROI. Seems not able to type the exact name of the Android Cast into gspro. There is an icon that I can’t replicate. Any ideas?

@@user-sd1mg3gs2t I don't see why not. The PC just sees it as another webcam basically. It might be best to get it on another bus lane to guarantee connection speeds for 1080p streams.

I mainly use a Samsung Galazy Tab S6 Lite and Direct connect to the MLM2Pro with no internet connection. I also use my iPhone 13 (Cellular) at times and have an iPad I have tested as well. But the Samsung is my go to device.

Hey gents . I had a flawless unit before the latest update . Now my spin numbers are all off . One shot will show 890 and the next can be 12000 . No matter which club . Any one else having this issue ?

My first move would be to delete the app off the device completely. Then use troubleshoot to re-flash the device. Also, I had overused RPT balls throwing errors to the device. So test with new ball. Last try to rearrange your set up to a diff direction or angle and test if environmental. But start with device flash and new ball

Make sure you are direct connecting with phone and not using something like your phones hotspot. Only thing i can think of is that you don't have cell servie? This doesn't make sense to me honestly. Appologize for the issues you're having. I'm sure that's frustrating!
