I am a coach with a very high-integrity NM health company, made $48K+ a year for several years, and coaching with them has really grown me as a person...but I no longer feel in alignment with the product, and without that aligned energy, I find it very difficult to continue. I've loved helping people in this way but as I have shifted and grown, the way I feel I need to create income is shifting as well.

Oh man I fell for one of those once. I was selling skincare that my cousin had me join her friend on. As soon as I started to talk to the woman, I was like, "This seems like a pyramid scheme." She did what she could to convince me otherwise. I told her I didn't know people who would be able to afford the products and that I didn' t like the ingredients in it. I struggled to sell something I didn't believe in. I had 4 regular customers and gave up after six months. It wasn't worth it at all. MLMs are one of the worst things to get into. They seem nice, but they really aren't. I enjoyed your video about them.

I love the products too much to ever stop buying from the network marketing company I’ve been involved with the last 10 years. They aren’t going anywhere in the foreseeable future or switching models (for that I’m so grateful!). It’ll always be part of my income streams, and I also know how important it is to diversify and not put all the eggs in one basket. 2020 showed me that loud and clear when I, as a musician, wasn’t welcome to perform in gigs because of medical decisions I made for myself. Thank goodness I had my NWM stream because my musician stream disappeared during that time. There are crappy, predatory MLMs out there, and yet I’ve experienced such joy, healing, community, support, and health improvement from being involved with mine that I can’t imagine what my life would be without it. I’m going to float on that wooden door in the ocean for as long as I can 😅. I understand what you’re saying Lea. Digital products aren’t going anywhere anytime soon 👍🏻 and there’s definite value in having your own.

@@HomeonPurpose I did one years ago but didn't even know what an MLM was. I just was so unbelievably uncomfortable with the recruiting aspect and tactics and it didn't last long

Thank you so much for this video. I sell Norwex and have been wrestling with continuing to do so. I've also been wrestling with getting myself online. I'm feeling called to online and not to Norwex. I really question the future of Norwex when so many companies have gone affiliate marketing. Seems like I should get out before the rug gets pulled out from under me.
