I love me overly detailed and gorgeous redesigns! I don’t think they stray too far from the original, they keep the concept and colours in a way, you can still clearly identify who’s who and what character they are. Honestly I love it when redesigns go all out and make absolutely stunning versions, these ones aren’t meant for easy tv animation like the originals, these are works of art

Anatomy wise, the necks look way to thin to hold up their heads, I’d make the neck JUST a little thicker to add to that muscle tone and elegant arch, otherwise beautiful! *(hi yes hello fellow animal / MLP artist here - not hating on anything or being rude, just some tips otherwise ((chef kiss)) the colors and style is on fleek!)*

I absolutely love these little details! Gotta watch the other parts now :D Also, I like how you altered their coat, with the stripe like pattern for twilight and the dark grey for rarity

@@the-cain-instinct I don't really have any super good tips ^^; The only tip I can say that really does help is using simple shapes! It really helps me with anatomy and how everything moves with each other, as well as proportions

Bro what- its a literal horse,, and im pretty sure they were going for a roan pattern (the face and legs are darker then the rest of the body) those are her patterns not her makeup 😭😭

Honestly, I've seen redesigns that don't look anything like the characters- these still basically have the same color palette and species as the original show.
