Nice informative video! Thank you Can you do one about slam defense? Like Stipe did in the Cormier vs Miocic. What to do when someone lifts you over their shoulders? I thought Daniel Cormier could land Stipe on his head, but Stipe grabbed the legs and managed to land in a way to minimize damage.

Hi coach, I once came across a video on youtube where someone used an armdrag to effectively stop a guy with a knife. Would be interesting to see your input about this.

Thing is if it’s a good arm drag your stepping in between the leg when you make that turn they can’t re-grab it and they might fall into your half guard they could fall into a sweep they might even fall into a Kimora

Then I thought I’d point out @3:26 to you guys not gonna pull you down if you do the same thing that hands across his waist he comes down to that gets hand control and then pushes it off and then spins through

Hey bro, thank you for all of this. I've been wondering about this for some time as it applies to Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, but what about instead of an underhook as you had it primarily with your righ arm, what about a very strong collar tie. If you have a strong underhook and a really strong collar tie on the other side, can't you effectively control and dominate, even throw your opponent easily to the side of the overhook?

If you are getting arm dragged, where are your elbows in the first place? 😂 How about some inside step vs outside step follow ups? Basic Inside Step Double would be great for beginners and advanced alike. As we all express the same art a little different, I would love to see and watch you teach yours. I am always looking for a new twist to the same comfy pair of shoes and I have confidence you will give me something! ☝️👍🙏 Keep up the great work. 🙏 🤜🤼♂️💪🥊👊⚔️❤️☝️🏋🏻♂️👍🤛
