It was a back and forth fight, and before getting caught with the hook I thought Bisping was going to win. GSP was tiring and his face was a bloody mask. But that's the beauty of MMA, one punch can change everything. Congrats to GSP, who looked great considering the long layoff and higher weight class.

I'm glad GSP managed to pull it off. It'd be awful if the GOAT was remembered for a humiliating loss after gassing out in round 3 (which is completely natural after being out for 4 years and moving up a weight class). It's a shame Bisping didn't hold the belt longer but it was just about the best loss you could have: a competitive and entertaining fight against a legend where pretty much everyone acknowledges that you were on track to win and got unlucky. It's a real shame that he came back too soon and suffered a career ending injury against Gastelum.
