I was confused about Khalil getting a title shot. Prob should fight one more under 5 ranked before. Then I remember Alex has got his opportunities as well. Like loosing in middle weight then getting a top rank fight in light heavy weight. Plus as soon as he got to the UFC he was only 3 fights in before he got a title shot. Well deserved and has made the UFC More exciting. Saved many cards as well. So excited for the Khalil opportunity!!!!

Instead of resting or fighting higher opponents he fights n8 rountree. He refused to fight ankalaev because of location, alex did not want to fight in middle orient. I think that even if rountree could be a kind of "reward" for alex from the ufc, in the end, I am not sure rakic or ankalev are more dangerous for alex than khalil. He's fast, powerful, and I personaly prefer muaithai over kickboxing anyday.

Y'all getting mad at aljo for saying "roundtree's muay thai looks cleaner" it does, he has good fundamentals in Muay thai cause he went to thailand for awhile, but Alex is the better kickboxer. I think the difference is Khalil is a great striker with great Muay Thai but Alex is an elite striker with elite Kickboxing. The only thing I see stopping Alex this fight is a good ground game gameplan or age (he's 38)

Between Alex's hooks knees and low kicks he covers all areas of the body very well and with his height his pulls are very effective. He's going to be very difficult for a shorter guy to defeat but Roundtree has excellent lateral movement so that's going to be key if he can just get inside.

I like Anthony smith, but he did not walk down Khalil like how he said 😂 and Hill is just salty he got KO’d in round 1 I think it’s going to be a lot closer than people think. It may end in an early KO (round 1/2), but I really think Khalil will have moments. And everyone telling him to shoot a take down is ridiculous let him fight his fight why would he switch up now. He’s not a wrestler if he tries to wrestle especially at altitude he’s going to get tired QUICK. As crazy as it sounds striking is his best bet
