I'm down with my friend here as a Diaz fan. Daley might have a stronger punch, I'll give him that, but Diaz knows his way as a boxer; the only way Daley could win is by decision, and i doubt that. If koscheck took Daley down; then Diaz will have an easy victory over Daley if he decides to take him down; Daley can't knock out Diaz; that would only be a miracle lol, but a MMA fight is not about miracles, but about who gets the win

Diaz is a very intelligent boxer and can avoid Daley's power shots just like he did with pro boxer KJ Noons i tell whats going to happen, Daley is going to try so hard for that one punch KO and not get it and then as the fight continues on he will get frustrated and start becoming desperate to the point to where he start throwing heymakers and missing alot of his shots and thats when Diaz will pick him apart because he will be leaving himself open due to trying to throw them shots.

Diaz is a great fighter no doubt, but if he would fight GSP, he would get his ass handed to him. I think strikeforce is lacking the talent that the UFC has, especially in the 170 class. And Nick has had it pretty easy fighting in strikeforce. He has not been tested the way he would if he had been fighting in the UFC this whole time. I wish he could come back to the UFC but I think he would have some problems with several of the UFC fighters in that weight class.

Ok as far as overall striking yes Daley is more technical but as far as Boxing Diaz is more technical because he utilizes his jab better then Daley, he's more intelligent then Daley, and i think just an overall better boxer then Daley not to mention Diaz trains with the best here in america, Andre Ward, Luisito Espinosa, Chris cruise, Jason Robinson and so many more along with his great boxing coach Richard Perez so while Daley is training with the best Diaz is also. But Alves has some decent TD defense, and he'd end up training with koscheck for the fight, so yenno, Alves would break him.
