There are a lot of good commentators these days but there is no one like Michael Moore. It's so good to hear your voice again. You spread hope. Hope turns into action and action changes our reality. We will take our nation back and strengthen our democracy. Thank you, Michael Moore.

I left Flint in 1980, returned in 2005ish thought I could help my elderly mom, fell on my butt. I left a couple of years later to TN my son a contractor just moved there, announcing a grandchild. I never spoke good about MI or Flint until these powerful women stood up without fear. Now I brag. Thank you for reporting, I want to retire around normal people. That is if I’m able to retire….. Mike, I woke up this morning with a Bob Marley song echoing in my mind, " No, Woman No Cry, No Woman No Cry, Everything's Gonna Be Alright..."I felt a surge of Hope; I have been so heavy of heart, and praying so hard for my nation, and this morning for the first time, I felt Hope. I have forgotten what it felt like. The optimism has remained with me throughout the day; Thom Hartmann's podcast was full of hope later in the morning, and your's this evening. By the mouth of two or three witnesses...God is a God who sees and hears our cries for injustice to be overturned, for wickedness to cast down, and for righteousness to triumph. You are correct in saying we must persevere for truth and justice, stay involved, keep pushing forward but the battle has turned. I feel it in my bones. Heads are gonna roll, the evil mountain will collapse, and exposure for all of the darkness revealed. Thank you Joan Baez for doing what you were created to do, shining a light on the darkness, and calling it out. Thank you Michael Moore for being a voice for the voiceless, unrelenting in your demand for truth. God bless you both.

Wowza!!! Talk about progress! Great to read and hear from you. My next door neighbor is a middle-aged woman about mid fifties. Some years back, she went to get her degree to be some sort of counselor in California. We live in Reno, NV.. Anyway, she had always been a "R" all her life, until she had, as part of her job, to find housing for one of her patients. Once she saw how nice some of the subsidized housing was for needy mothers, she figured out that it's by a Democratic governor and politicians that allowed this to ever be built. She changed her registration to Democrat. Never looked back. I hope you enjoy Michael. He's great to just listen to as another voice of reason AND hope. We definitely need that, right? 💙👏🥂🌻

Great podcast Michael! Thank you. Instead of making things better DeSantis is loosening the gun laws and tightening access to abortion to unreasonable levels. Women should respond by fasting from any sex, complete celibacy until their health needs are met and affordable and until their children are safe from guns... like that city in Greece did in order to stop war.

People need a thousand Michaels active in every American state. I know it's hard to be out there Mr. Moore. If I had the ability I would have conferences featuring Michael in every state every month starting NOW free food free entry to any person in our public who has a high school diploma or equivalent and mature adults. KUDOS ! Proud to do what is right, and what the People want, is always the right thing to do. Strong people will not cowrow to the NRA,nor the loud MAGA/GOP pressure or by Fear. Just to add, to what you have said about guns, mass shootings is pretty easy.....we in Canada have most of our country as wild, with big carnivore animals, and we have always had plenty of hunters, and therefore guns to protect ourselves and hunt to eat. Yet we have very few mass shootings here. It is not because we are so polite, which we are,but we are intelligent, and we democratically elect out leaders, and we respect our Laws and Regulations, and can trust that with proper care, storage, handling and training of firearms we can legally own guns, yet not kill each other with guns, nor commit a crime with a gun, as we have in place laws that punish you for using a gun in a forgery, or any crime. We elect smart people, who have goods ideas on gun issues and we can trust the people we elect to typeset all Canadians. We are not scared nor intimidated by a NRA. Do we need to send some, polite, people down there to show you big, tough Americans how to accomplish this? On abortion issue, I don't understand how a very few political leaders tell us that we don't have a vote on Women's right to choose, and have autonomy over our bodies. Yet, though the stats in State and Federal polls favor the right to choose, a minority tell us what we want, or how we choose. When people stop preaching, they should realize, that you say you fight for freedoms, you actually try to diminish those rights. You are one step removed from Chinese Communist Party Leaders telling their citizens you can have only one single child. That is what it looks like when the majority do what the minority dictates. As my mother of five children in the post war baby boom told me, that if the men had to carry and give birth to the first child, there would never be a second child. She was being a bit of a smart ass, but when I thought about it, she was right. We in Canada have our child birth paid for, along with our contraception if our incomes fall below a certain threshold. When Trump promises that if he gets elected again,he will reward us with a baby bonus, without explanation of how that would work, I have to say it is to in fact, be paid to those parents having white babies. I think that many Americans have been told to fear, or those who are fearful of the fact that at a certain point in the future, there will be less white folks, and white babies. That is a weak minded lot that look to their future in fear, not try to pass common sense laws and deal with any problems that we as a country, or as humanity meet as a challenge. This goes for everything, including climate control, and global warming, drastic drought , and floods. When I was in junior high school in the late 60s, early 70s I took a course for credits in my Socials Studies class, which we split by having half tear of history, and half year as geography, including geopolitical studies. I learned a new word.....conservation, which my parents thought why not learn the good old basics.... now most of us recognize that our world does not remain static, and there is cause and effect in nature, on our planet. So, that was my infntroduction to the ecology, along with many other science studies. We have the power to change our world. It does no good just saying prayers. It takes changing how we think, and the will to put those prayers, dreams and words into action. Love your show! Thank you for all you do to bring attention to so much, for so many.
