Just got the same one and then searched for vids on upgrades. I think I’ll wait til it comes. But I do have a set of 1.3” alu headlocks and king trekker tyres so might try them. Where do you trail?

I run mine stock , I upgraded The non pro version and it was worse than the stock version ?? . They are great trucks out of the box there is a MN82s coming out which looks interesting . If anything new tyres and wheels to give it better grip and weight

Yo bro do you think the Ice vortex 120mm wheels will fit into the truck, If not what about lifted to 72mm or 66mm shocks?

Hi there I think the wheels will be far too big you can get bigger wheels from AliExpress that will fit also the truck does not have normal wheel hex fittings . The smaller shocks may work but remember this is a 1/12 scale truck. Thanks for watching

@@RcScaleTales I am yet to upgrade the electronics, gearbox and axles but I have done quite abit of accessorizing, oil shocks, lighting and created a 3.75 inch animatronic driver for the truck

First upgrade tires,then electronics,new electronics makes super huge diffrence,that 280 motor can use about 25amps,and original esc board gives only 7a

Seriously considering buying the red one from bangood for trailing but read a comment about the plastic drive shaft breaking easily...tbh I’ve never had an issue with plastic drive shafts in the past would you recommend

For the money go for it they are great trucks and if it breaks they cost pennies to repair . I’ve not had an issue yet

I really wish since they bothered to make a pro version that they actually put some aluminum parts on there. There's basically no difference on this one besides the color and a couple other little insignificant things. They missed the only thing they really should have changed: should have gotten rid of the two-speed option and just made the speed change button change the drag brake on and off only. When I'm climbing steep loose terrain is when I need the drag brake the most.... And also need full wheel speed.

@@doobie_doI would use lexan scissors or sharp blade and cut as close as you can to the item you wish to remove . Slow but firm to make a clean cut . Some of the parts will push out with your fingers and you can trim excess with sharp blade
