My friend is 13 years old and he ran 10kms in 41 minutes, he's actually not a runner but one of the best in Sweden at his age on Orienteering (If that's the correct word) Also, he is very short for his age!

There's so much richness in this race! The crowd👏. Kipsiro falls to the track. Kiprop (with the world-leading time) drops out 😱. The Bekele brothers. 💪 The Golden hour of British athletics.🥇 4 laps to go and the outcome is still in doubt. The finish! The celebrations!

i make 45 min for 10 000m and i think im the boss, so when i see this guys make 27min 30s , its absolutly not human ... its amazing , maybe he can win against me with my bicycle 0_0, for someone who never run, i think he don't care about this performance, but when you know how many it is hard to make something like that, you can only respect guys like bekele or farah, or the mythic hicham EL GERROUJ

45m for 10000m is easy after a few months training.
@dopadaspada9 жыл бұрын
kazap1 yes im training since 4 months , only 1 hour by 2 days, with 11.5km/h, i do 45 min on 10km, but if you take a marathon world record, 2h02 for 42km, you need to run at 20km/h for 2hours, its very very hard, i can stay only 5 min with 20km/h, but i only run for my self not for doing records or the first places, i only love to run, i was fat 1year ago, but know i have an athletic body through runing xD, i lost 30kg ...
@rhysnichols86089 жыл бұрын
Very well done for losing weight. I can do a 10k in about 35 minutes. Try not to think about other peoples records, or how fast to do a certain area. Just go for it the whole way. What's the worst that can happen? Your legs hurt a bit. Just push your self as far as you can and you will get better than 45 minutes.

+Wass Fake how can you run 10 km in 11.5km/hr .I run at 12.7 km/hr and in 65 mins and my distance is just 12.1 km/hr and calorie count 875 .And I have been running for five months and on top of that I am a chain smoker .

I think 10000m is the most technical and beautiful race of all time.U can learn lot from it ,to apply in real life. 1 st u move slowly in a rythimic process and when the right time comes u accelerate urself.

'Forget the time,' the commentator casually stated. We are now approaching the limits of what is humanly possible, yet in that race the finishing time was faster than both David Bedford's 1973 world record and Samson Kimobwa's 1977 world record. And almost a minute and a half faster that Zatopek. It was a seriously fast time!
