Once you pull the trailer out of the trailer park the transport company is responsible for any unexpected issues to transport it. That's why some are demoed on sight. It's not safe to transport and it's against the law to transport un safe mobile homes. With that said dose anyone have a used trailer they could donate to this elderly lady. She really needs help.

Just by looking at it from the exterior, anyone in their right mind knows that it’s not in any shape to be moved even an inch. Only demolition if it has to be taken but not like a car you tow away then after the person makes the necessary payments they can have it back. These are called mobile but can only be moved once or within a few years from the manufacture date due to rust/corrosion etc of the frame and overall structure of the walls over the years.

As for the repo company, they failed to make sure the trailer was roadworthy, literally the single biggest part of their job. Well then that very negligent towing company of the mobile home. Clearly stated that they are responsible stating that they need to come up with an applicable solution. Obviously that solution is to put this woman that owned that home into a brand new mobile home. Because obviously proper procedures were not followed. And the state of Texas and that shopping center along with the homeowner Have the proper grounds to sue the towing company. And as far as securing land to put the new home on that's up to the mobile home park that the home originally sat in because they also were criminally negligent in the eviction process not following proper procedure. That led to criminal negligence on behalf of the mobile home park and the towing company. That are directly responsible for the loss of the homeowners property. Property meaning single wide mobile home. And all personal belongings within that mobile home that were damaged during the unlawful move.

Westhill mobile homes & the repo company should buy her a brand new mobile home at their own costs. The place they were living out of tried to extort a lot more money out of her illegally, the tenant payed up back due rent & they still call the repo company. The trailer park management took it personally that they had to wait longer to get their money, so they call a shady repo company & screw the lives of the people that were living there. So yes the trailer home was old & not in good condition, now since the mobile home park has gotten these tenants literally out on the street. There probably planning on putting another used or new mobile home there with newer tenants. If she don’t get coverage from the repo company or the mobile home park area, then start a go fund me. So she can have something new.

Mobile homes are supported by about 10 pillars as well as being attached to water , power sewage. The repo co didn't just hitch up and drive away, it takes about a 1/2 a day to move so the occupants had enough warning.

The company that was hired and took it away is legally responsible for relocating it. The only time a person gets evicted is for several non payments and I'm sure they were taken to court, that's the way it works. If people felt bad and let people live on their properties for free they lose all their money they put in and they suffer and lose everything they worked hard for. There's alot of people out there too that should be helping their parents more. If you can't financially, then take your parent in with you. And additional help needs to be available for seniors with no families as well when it comes to a place to live. They shouldn't be put out until there's something else waiting for them that they can afford and giving at least a year to save up period.

You have a right to sue them for moving the trailer without telling you you have the right to sue them for the damages of the trailer and the axle they could have waited instead of moving it without your authorization you not being there and going in and taking personal items without asking did not give them the authorization so they are responsible for anything that's missing in the mobile home make sure you talk to a lawyer about your civil rights and your mothers it is important because you have an open lawsuit possibly ask them because this is out of control obstruction of a trailer that did not belong to others they had no legal rights to move it until you had someone to move it from where it was your rights and your civil rights have been violating by a landlord who used others to do his dirty Work saying that someone owed $10,000 he needs to show proof of it or stop making up the story he's a scammer he's scamming you guys for money you would have paperwork and so would your mom stating how much you've already put out go back and look at the paperwork if they haven't removed it from the trailer because if they have they violated your personal constitutional rights and privacy it is also discrimination

If they dropped it there then they are responsible just like if your car gets towed and the towing company damages the car who’s has to pay for it? The towing company. They should’ve performed a inspection before moving it. You can’t move something then drop it off because it became unsafe and not worry about it. The repo company is 100% at fault.
