This is really impressive 👏! In the "ancient" past (1960's) I lived in a 10x50 foot and a 12x60 foot. But these homes of today??? Light Years ahead! I'd buy one of these today.

I absolutely really love this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the fireplace in the living area, the wall there in the living area, how many bedrooms there is, and the master bathroom with the tub. God bless you and your family. Love, love, love this place very much. ❤❤❤❤❤

Dinning Room and Master have a tray ceiling. Love the size of this house 4 bdrm's and 3 full baths, great master, the bathroom is huge! Love the interiors! Oh yeah the arches give the house the old bungalow feeling.

I do not put tile on the floor in my shower. Did that once and it was a bear to keep clean and fully grouted. I prefer the pan.

This is the one I want!! I have 3 different setups of it. No sure if I like the fireplace not in the corner. Setup for pantry area is different.nice 3 full baths. Archways are my favorite. God I'd have hire someone to change those light bulbs in primary. 😅 love shower in primary. Love love love this house. I don't think there are any lots in my area in MA for sale. I love the layout. The kitchen backsplash white and shiny. Archways are a nice touch. Great pantry. The great office area. Big bedrooms. More storage. I think I would get rid of 4th bedroom and have a back porch

Some things I love about this one, some things I'd adjust or could live without. I love the living room/kitchen/dining room configuration! So refreshing as an alternative to the often poorly done "open" floor plans. That said, I think there's some wasted space in this one. The utility room is silly big. I also am not wild about the master bedroom being in the front of the home. Still, definitely worth considering with some tweaking. As always, appreciate the tour Chance!

I love this one even the counters tops are my color . I could live in this one the rest of my life. But I would get the corner porch with fire place I just love that. And I agree about the rocks in the bottom of the shower. . That's my favorite kind of shower !!

I would definitely like cased openings, not arches. The arches look dated to me, as does the dark shiplap wall. I like my kitchen sink under a window, not in the island. I do love the utility room, though! I also like the design of the master bath shower. No need for shower doors (although there is that large window into the shower) or curtain. Not sure this is the model for me… Going to watch again and imagine the options that could be changed. I so appreciate your videos, Chance! You give us the ability to “walk through” these models from the comfort of our own homes. You are SO right that God is good! All the time! 🙌

Love this home. That back bedroom by the pantry with its own bathroom would be great to rent out to a college student, etc. and they can help make the, I'm sure, hefty mortgage payment on this place. I love that pantry and the office. If this were my house, mortgage free, I would be using that back room for my sewing room. I do love all the closets and storage closets and that huge laundry room which has space for an upright or deep freezer. Terrific house. I wonder if anyone would like to buy it for me? Wow!!! the linen closet in the master bathroom is excellent! Space for spare linen and blankets and quilts in the summer, and if you are so fortunate a place to store your Christmas quilt during the 11 months of the year. Whoever designed this house had some brains and common sense!

My son bought a nice 3 bedroom 2 full bath brick home with 5 acres and a pond and a 3 door garage it's huge for 150 thousand. Houses are cheap here in south GA. I don't think I would pay this much when I could get a nice brick home where I live with land as cheap as they are here right now .

Hi Chance! All of the homes you show are lovely and nicely appointed no matter what the price point. Some are very high end. Most standard homes will have an attached garage or at least a covered carport to protect you from the elements when loading/unloading your vehicle. Do these homes come with an option to have an addition of that type that will blend well with the style and architecture of the home? If they don't that would be an upgrade they should look into. Love your tours. Thanks!

I'm a day late viewing this, but i love the look of the exterior.... And that utility room was awesome! The only thing I would do different would be to get rid of the archways. They look ok in an older home, i just didn't think they looked right in a newer home.... But other than that, it's a beautiful home 😊
