I didn't realize all the work, maintenance that should be done underneath a mobilehome to keep everything quality. I love mobilehomes!!!

Maybe not all mobile/manufactured homes are the same? I'm in a 3300 square foot Triplewide with an attached climate controlled two car garage. All of my flex duct supply lines are all suspended from the frame in my crawl space the band anchors are run up through the plastic belly barrier and insulation not through the belly of the trailer like this i have three 16 inch flex trunk lines one down the center that is connected directly to the bottom of my air handler with 10 12 inch crossovers 5 branched off to each side from the center one and all 3 runs are the length of the trailer with 8 inch branches coming off here and there going to the vents through the insulation and belly cover. It was like this from the factory the 8 inch 4x10 supply boots for all the vents were all suspended through the insulation and belly cover waiting for the duct system to be attached it came like that from the manufacturer. Maybe they don't use the belly ducts like they do on double wide trailers as they do in triple wide manufactured homes? My triple wide was actually brought in in 8 different sections that they put together on the site on top of a crawl space that was pre-dug deep enough that you could stand underneath the dwelling instead of crawling around unlike a double or single wide the frame and axles did not remain they picked the sections up off a trailer and set them in place on an 8-ft Pier concrete foundation. with a massive crane but for all intents and purposes it is classified as a mobile/manufactured home. Which is a whole nother ball game that doesn't make sense to me.

I need you guys. I just had a new roof installed on my double wide and now am experiencing respiratory issues. Not sure what happened. I want to replace all of the ductwork to be safe. Can you recommend someone who is as experienced as you in Wellington Florida?

What year is that home? About to close on a 2005 DW. I hope they did a good job sealing all the duct work. I do not want to go under it and start cutting holes in the belly board and chasing ducts for sealing connections.

Excellent question. How long is your home, is it a double wide? Mine is a 28 x 80 and my bedroom and bathroom are the first vents of the unit so it blows GREAT in my rooms but the other end of the house is definitely not great

Ducts in ceiling on older home are usually duct board and difficult to get to . Advised to get multiple quotes for any repair .

Ooold video. Overkill on the sealing. Hope your minions moved on to a respectable job or trade. Modular homes suck.
