Bail while you can. There is no way around that water price skyrocketing.
@fretsward22252 жыл бұрын
And you know why? The very same reason the prices of homes have skyrocketed...

You'll lose your @$$ if you buy a manufactured home! I know from experience. Don't sign! Lot rent is exorbitant! And they will raise it enormously when you go to sign a new lease. This will force you leave your home behind.
@cyeszin28182 жыл бұрын
Yup. Hen they turn around and finance the home they just pushed yo out of anger a whole new massive check from the bank. And wether or not you stay you owe if it ain't paid off

Don’t just get a mobile home get a manufactured home and make sure that home is delivered to your lot You don’t need to pay space rent in your home, but look like it was built from the ground up And it’s better on your land you get the first and last say on your property

When I first moved to LV there was 1000s of cheap motels and apartments on Freemont street and Boulder Hwy. but the City of LV shut down many of them because they were old and rundown. The City of LV "MAYOR GOODMAN" needs to rebuild those properties and offer the citizens of LV. affordable housing based on their income. They need to do this "NOW"
@johnnygavin36542 жыл бұрын
I would NOT move to Las Vegas.

I can see "gentrification" complaints coming from existing mobile home park residents.

But buying a mobile home has a lot of risks it can be taken from you ( yes evicted ) for any reason and you can be kicked out without giving you a chance to sell 🤔 so no thanks

And that’s exactly why I am going to buy a manufactured home, but I am putting it on land that I purchase there will be no space rent I will be paying more than what is ask towards my mortgage so I can finish sooner than later even if that means I need to put something up temporarily on my lot and rent it It will be done
@cyeszin28182 жыл бұрын
Mobile homes are only cheaper up front I've lived in and out-of mobile ones for 25 years. They are built like crap. Thrown together and slapped in place as fast as they can. Then you pay house payment on top of lot rent. And are responsible for everything that goes wrong. The park will not touch it unless you rent solely in every park I've ever experienced. Then. They raise the rent continually til you can't afford it. Then here's the utility bill. None of them are build to be efficient
