I really Like how you run your business, its all in the details. You know what customers are looking for. If i saw straws all over the floor it would turn me off from buying your product. Great video. I know things are not the same everywhere but I am getting this thing setup so I can travel. What I would like to know is do you need any restaurant certifications, like the food handlers or food safety manager certifications to satisfy any health department requirements anywhere you go?

Love the video !!! I'm working on attending my first festival as a food vendor and I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how much food I should prepare any suggestions ... and another thing if you do run out of food do you still have to stay at your booth till the event is over

Thank you! It depends on what type of food you are selling and how many attendees. Most events don't want you to break down until the festival is over.

Great job, I’m sure keeping employees in line isn’t that easy lol. Question for you, The same licensing that’s required for your food truck, is that also required to run a vendors booth? I was looking to run a booth at an event for water ice & ice cream. I’m using a tent, while my trailer is being customized and built. Do I really need all the same licenses?
