Anybody had issues with warranty support from Mobvoi? Plastic buckle broke three months ago, was sent back to get a replacement TicWatch S under warranty. Several emails to chase them but not heard anything for over two months. :( - YL

Hi, the charging cable has a USB on the other end, so you can plug that into your laptop to charge the watch.

Hi, Mobvoi has a built-in heart rate app with continuous heart rate monitoring. It's lacking things like HR zones and VO2 Max estimates. Accurate? Would take all these smartwatches and fitness trackers with a pinch of salt in terms of HR monitoring.

It's 2018 , who wears watches which aren't water proof ,come on you're telling me I cut swim with it like seriously how hard is it to make a smart watch water proof ,peh?
