I swear Seele's ulti has a hidden debuff "-50% crit rate" when using, my friend had a 98% crit rate Seele (with Fuxuan's buff) and she's still not crit when using ulti. I didn't have Seele, plan to get her when she rerun but after seeing my friend almost lost their mind because of their Seele, I change my mind (gamer rage is wild).😅

Luocha is really working overtime :D jk i love the Pela and SW combo, it's just brutal - they can shred off 100% of enemy's DEF... also, can't wait to pull for Seele's LC in second half of 1.4, my CR is just ~65%, will finally get over the 70% threshold for rutilant... with 166 SPD, will have all 6 stacks of the LC passives...

Unfortunately, I don't have Luocha. Everyone else who does these showcases has him though. He's better than the two healers I have (Lynx and Nat). I need a second sustain just to survive.
