I have always sent a card in the mail after an interview. Even if I did not get the job, I always thanked them for their time. I have always had a hard time with the "conflict management" question. Like, you are trying to look good in an interview then they want you to talk about a situation where there was a problem. Plus, I tend to completely try to AVOID conflict at all cots, just part of my personality, so I always had a hard time with that part. Good job Victoria!

I wanna get a feel of the job and see if this is for me. I already work at a hospital but I deal with patients. I am a people person but I can't really develop a career doing what I'm doing now. I see myself doing coding. My goal is to do coding and then go to nursing school 🥰 I'm in my 30s. It's never too late. Wish you the best!!!

@@themischievousbrat5525 Yes its through aapc, I don't have many community colleges where I live that have the cpc program so online works best for me because of my work schedule. Nursing great too I thought about that but clinicals wouldn't work for me. I read about medical coding and I think this a career I would enjoy.
