@@ryuno2097 A lot of the guys in the Golden Era not only took less, but also did what many today would say was "wrong", in that they didn't always use a base of testosterone because nobody told them they were "supposed to". In such cases - depending on what they were choosing to run - they were inadverntantly trading a certain level of androgenecity for the supra-physiological level of anabolism that they were seeking. I think this goes a long way to explaining your observation.

The process in which to achieve the shredded and harden aesthetic he was going for is extremely dangerous. By restricting his sodium intake and working out as hard as he did, not to mention the abuse of diuretics, put tremendous stress on his kidneys, which ultimately proved to be fatal in his case. It's just not worth it IMO. RIP Nasser

Even after all these years since his passing he still makes me laugh...he was an asshole. Giving his competitors the incorrect protocol on the use of insulin, talking $hit, and condescending. I think that when you whey like they did.. 250lb+, after doing 3 days of grueling workouts it's really taxing on your system... Of course if you want to do one bodypart per day that's a completely different thing than they were doing, of course you will have results, but I don't think that is possible to reach that kind of poundage training this way
