Installing quick connectors on a set of jumper cables. Also looking for your input on if I should run a ground wire to a rear battery or if I can use the body as a ground.

Using the frame for a return path for the negative is fine, just make sure you also use the same size cable to connect your frame to your battery and engine block.

It would be easier if you can use a cable cutter. They are extremely useful for larger diameter cables and coax. The design of these cutters cut cables straight and clean, leaving no crushed or frayed wires. Channel Lock or Klein Tools make the best cutters and are made in the USA.

Without a doubt that would be ideal. But I wouldn't use them often enough to purchase a set. But if you haven't said to use that would definitely be the way to go.

I like this, I think I can be use this to act like disconnects for my scooter that way they can't run off. Is there a breaker disconnect that can be used for 100amp?

If your Cables get hot enough to melt Solder, they're undersized, and your 0AWG, even at 20 ft, is not undersized.

You should use heat shrink on the lugs
