Literally the best keyboard reviewer on youtube! I saw so many reviews of the Cobalt8x but literally yours was the first that made me feel I need one. Looking forward to seeing more reviews.

Glad I came across this channel. Your videos are really well done. Some real PPG vibes coming from this synth imo!

Oh finally someone who plays a synth and not only makes noise ! Good playing good review. I'm thinking to buy this instrument because of sounds and the keybed that seems so good to play

Just bought the module version. Partly because of your review. What's is the nice preset you play in the intro?

Awesome sound demo! Really enjoyed this review, I have been looking into the hydrasynth deluxe though, it seems like an upgraded cobalt 8x.

Standard synth advice, buy both! Hydra deluxe and cobalt module would be amazing. I've got the hydra desktop, sounds more like the argon to my ears. The cobalt seems better at the standard / classic sounds and the hydra hits those wild wavetable sweet spots and has ridiculously easy modulation workflow. Hydra poly AT and ribbon strip would be useful additions to the cobalt. Great combo, my 8x arrives next week.

I would like more description of the keybeds in keyboard videos. You said that it’s a joy to play, I sat up to listen, and you moved on. Arghh. But you’re not alone. Nobody seems to care about the keys, ironically. I have a KeyLab 61 mkII. Just try playing a fast run deep into the keys. The pivot points are too near. I love the functionality. Hate the clacky noise of the keys, the narrow key tops, and the uneven resistance front to back. But you’d never get that from the reviews. Do most just play pads? I believe that these keys are longer inside. Are they quiet? How’s the spring tension? I have a (wonderful) Kawai VPC1 for piano. I’m interested in a synth controller with fast, light keys that can do an organ palm gliss. Is this keybed up to the task? Clearly, you can play, so I would really value your deeper insights into the key feel and sensitivity, etc. Stand out from the crowd. Go into depth on keybeds!

this is absolutely not a negative comment when i say this, but goddamn, every single review for almost every single piece of music gear known is brought to us by someone British......never ceases to amaze me.
