I tweaked mine a little because I LOVE glycerin so I used 1 tsp. Aloe vera gel, 1 tsp. Vegetable glycerin, a swirl of sheer face sunblock and 1/4 tsp powder and oh my gosh it's amazing! I left out the foundation because with my foundation I felt it was too much. Thank you so much! 🙏🤗

lucy webster You don't need aloe vera. Just put in a bit more powder and make sure you use a good quality mattifying one.

I love rewatching DIY's from you gals!! I made a diy setting spray using glycerin, aloe vera, witch hazels and water. It makes your makeup look smooth and flawless! It's a primer and setting spray. Either or 😃

Looks great! I found that primers in general never did much for my pores or the longevity of my make up but I like to use the elf pore less primer that has tea tree oil as an acne treatment. It's worked wonders for me!

mtstar89 I use the elf poreless primer as well, I love it. It leaves my skin smooth but mattified too ready for my foundation, I have really oily skin, it's a pretty good product.

Aloe vera is also a good hair mask for repairing curly or wavy hair too! Its what made me not have to cut off alot of hair it reverted my curls after heat damage and dying. Im DEF trying this

LMA Studios I read another recipe that suggested cornstarch. I'm guessing any fine, silky powder would be fine. Cornstarch is good if your skin is oily. Talc is not great for skin. I would stay clear of Baby Powder.

Gohar Mazhar glycerin gives u oily shiny look and aloe vera is for silky matt look put aloe vera shrink downs the pore and specially recommended for sensitive skin glycerin irritates alot of skin types never works in summer or hot weather.
