How are the upper ends of the splitter rods attached to the grill? Did you put a large flat washer behind the grill to keep from drilling a hole in the plastic?

I bought a 2014 Scion tC Monogram Series in black in April of 2019. I like what you've done so far and I'm doing similar things. I added a TRD cold air intake, TRD strut bar, and TRD exhaust. The interior has luxury components: leather seats, heated seats, SpokeO entertainment system, winter & summer tC floormats. Added the same Ikon lip and Hella Supertone horns with red HPS silicon hose set.

Do you have an issue with interior noise rattle with the sub? I have an aftermarket stereo, speakers, sub, amp, head unit. And on certain songs the door panels rattle like shit. I’ve lined them with foam, insides of door and door switch plate..

manual more fun, but this generation tc has some issues with transmissions giving out for some reason before 60k miles and it isnt covered under warranty.

I don't know if you have done anything to the silver trim inside your vehicle. I currently own a White 2014 Scion tC and followed this guys guide: www.scionlife.com/forums/scion-tc-2g-ice-interior-1828/diy-interior-trim-removal-212369/ It goes step by step on how to remove every bit of trimming on the inside of the vehicle for you to be able to paint how you wish. My first time around I used rubberized paint (basically plastidip) and it came out really well! However after a few months of driving, the paint on the trip of the bottom part of the steering wheel began to peel due to friction from my hands (turning and allowing the steering wheel to come back naturally while still holding a loose grip on it). So I redid it with spray paint and it came out great.

Aahh i have nothing more to really talk about it hahah... I'm done messing around with it honestly. Since this video, I've installed BFGoodwrich Comp 2 sport tires, a chassis brace and rear strut brace by TB performance. But that's honestly about it. I maaay get my hood and fenders wrapped black but idk yet

Not knocking anyone's hobbie. 2 things though. 1. Mudflaps on a car that won't see mud,dirt, gravel. Kinda lame. Get a Subaru if you wanna install flaps. 2. Stop putting money on the exterior and save it for a standard transmission car.

1. my car does sometimes see a bit of dirt and gravel in the canyons. Plus recently got BF Goodwrich comp2 sports and when heated, they pick up every single rock and pebble they roll over. 2. tC2 manuals are notorious for transmission failure around 60-90k miles plus the tiptronic automatic is far quicker than a manual tC. I've put that to the test a handful of times with some friends who have manual tCs. My next car after this one is gonna be a WRX though. And it WILL NOT be a stick because the new WRX tiptronic autos are far superior than sticks.

Michael Flores wrx are meant to be manual. You'll never be able to achieve the gains you want with cvt. Plus the cvt wrx in the wrx world is a laughing stock. I have to bf comp 2 a/s also. Pretty good tires except in snow. The tc looks nice though.
