on mine I did the same thing and also made the holes for oxygen slightly bigger about 1/16th, now its more wind resistant

I wonder if 4 months was enough time to realize you don't need to see any more detail if you're looking at your own torch and listening to what's being said, assuming you have a general idea of how the torch works mechanically. It really couldn't be any simpler.
