One person made a factual statement. Which I must endorse. Alot of realtors or youtubers when advertising houses or lands for sale aren't telling the viewers or intrested buyers weather or not an area is volatile so let them decide for themselves if they would still be interested or to put the necessary securities in place if it's so.

$65, 000 US? Oh my god that’s expensive. My nephew said a friend paid about that for less land in Negril and I thought that was crazy expensive . There’s goes the possibility of buying land in JA. It’s actually more expensive then where I live in Hawaii. About a year ago you could get 1/4 of land for $12,000 US and I got 3 acres for $30,000US. Now even though Hawaii doesn’t quite feel like America it is part of US , therefore wages are higher then Jamaica. Though wages are still low here. So if I think it’s expensive imagine for a Jamaican wanting to buy land.
