I love the way the light bars illuminate the plant wall behind the monitor! I wouldn’t have thought of doing something like that, but I like it. I’m starting from a pretty blank slate in my flat - newly built, currently all painted white with neutral pale oak floors. I’m working out plans for a multi purpose home office/living room area (also open plan to the kitchen and space for a dining table... it’s a hard working small space!). I’ve got the white Fully Jarvis desk frame very similar to this one, but haven’t decided on a table top yet (their tops were all waaaay back ordered so I’m planning to pick up a kitchen worktop in the right size), so right now I’m using my terrible old dining table as a desk, which is way too small as well as being ugly, so I need to hurry up and make decisions! Going to check out your other desk related videos after this one on the hunt for more ideas 😀

I just add a printer (Canon PIXMA TR150) and a JBL Clip 3 speaker in case if I and my wife need to hear a Zoom Cloud Meeting or similar platform. Small and very nice looking! Your voice sound good with FIFINE T669! Mic!

Thanks for this video and it comes at a great time as the ones before ("your dream setup" and "working from home gadgets"), as I'm also looking to change somethings on my small work space. Quick couple of questions if I may: 1) Monitor, What other budget friendly alternatives would you recommend for 4k monitors :)? 2) Headset and conference calls, I can't argue about the QC35 noise cancelling I like them a lot, but how's the quality mic over bluetooth or is Claire using a combination of the Fifine external condenser mic and QC35?. I'm looking for suggestions on other preferred wireless headset that also has a good mic, I respectfully consider Jabra and Plantronics a bit overpriced for what they are and intended for a very specific niche, rather I'm looking for a versatile option that will also excel at conference calls (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft teams, etc). hey buddy! There are cheaper alternatives by both LG & BenQ in 4K, I haven't tried any others than the monitors I own so I can't direct you to a specific model, but many to choose from those 2 brands. As for mic, she's using the fifine for conference calls mostly. If you're looking for wireless earbuds, the samsung buds+ have the best mic quality and value right now IMO. Hope that helps! :)

Hey man! We're still using the monitor and loving it, the only thing is that I'd get dedicated speakers instead (only for myself, my wife is fine with the built in audio quality). So if you're an above average listener, I'd find a monitor without built in speakers for a cheaper price.

If clair didn't take it from me, I'd be using it xD After a year the mesh on the back did flex a bit, but can't really feel it. However, the seat mesh is still very tight and supports her well
