Crazy! This is Exactly what I designed for my backyard pool project a few months ago. What I’ve been trying to figure out was the waterproofing. Thank you for figuring out such a great system for that! Do you have a link for that material/clips? Greatly appreciated!!!!

Premier Outdoor Living Do you know if this topgal roof can be used for pergolas in Michigan? Because we get a lot of snow in winter and I am worried about the weight it carries!

Great video as always!!! How do you go about sloping the pergola? Are the rafters cut at the angle?

Great progress and best work. Can you tell us where to buy the polygal covers? I have built a pergola and struggled to find a cover, the only thing available in Hardware stores was a corrugated white pvc panels. And I had to put 200 screws into them to the purlins. Also is it just for aesthetics that you have so many purlins. I only put one every 2 feet. Thanks

Yup the purlins are purely aesthetic, every 2 feet is probably fine

Nice! Where can I get the roof material at. Does it come as a kit or all individual pieces. Thanks.
@THEpremieroutdoor4 жыл бұрын
I order it through regal plastics. You tell them what size pergola it is and they will ship with all the accessories you need

What's a typical pergola cover cost material wise?
@chrisl84304 жыл бұрын
How close did you put the purlins with use of the polygal? Also, do you rip 2x4s to get the 2x2 or do you buy pressure treated 2x2? Because of lumber shortages, pressure treated 2x2s are hard to get here.
@mcnell3114 жыл бұрын
Awesome! What is ballpark cost for the pergola/bar??
@THEpremieroutdoor4 жыл бұрын
Hard to say as a stand-alone project, we have too many on the crew to just do that by itself so I don’t really price it out that way

Were can I get the roof panels I love it ?
@jasonkeller57324 жыл бұрын
Sean, I couldnt see the detail, do you have to flash the top of the pergola at the house or pitch it away for drainage? The details are always on point. I can't wait for the next video.

Fantastic work guys. Is the pergola roof level, or a slight slope? I see Polygal recommends a 10% slope.
@THEpremieroutdoor4 жыл бұрын
Yup we put it on a slight pitch for water runoff
