Ziply 6megabyts DLS is available now. Ziply is actively doing construction to add fiber on this road though! They don’t have a completion date yet, but it’s actively being worked on.

You said 40' ceilings in the living room. They are no more than 20'

It’s hard to believe right?! The main level ceilings are 14’ plus 4’ between the downstairs ceiling and upstairs floors. Then the upstairs hallway ceilings are 14’ as well. But that only gets us to 32’. The living room ceilings go all the way up to the roof line so they are vaulted at least another 4’-6’ above the upstairs hallways. I could certainly be off by 2’-4’ from my 40’ statement. 😀
