Love the quality of your videos and the time and effort you put into them. I also love the fact that you listen to your viewers and subscribers as well. I have to tell you though, this home isn't working for me. At that price I need at least three more bedrooms and a in law retreat. Also ALL appliances included and at least one to two acres of land. By looking at your videos though I can tell that most of these areas in Vegas have compat lots and minimal space. However I do enjoy your content, since of humor, and the fact that you "ACTUALLY," lol, listen to people and are real with your customers. I must say this though, the master bathroom was the best part of the house... even better than the kitchen! I was in love with the bathroom! But Chak, keep up the good work, and keep informing us on the housing market.. it really helps. Thanks again and be blessed! All the way from Maryland.

Chakits I don’t know if this is a Vegas thing, but I’m so shocked that there are no sidewalks in the neighbourhood. Where do people go for walks with their kids, dogs etc??? Or do people in the Ridges not walk? I really like this house by the way!☺️ for the prize I would have liked a bigger backyard to fit in a small play area for the kids to go nuts, as well as chill out spots for parents to clunk out.

One thing I notice from delivering to homes is that in wealthy locations the homes never have cars outside the homes garage and in lesser valued homes the people within usually have more cars and the value of their cars equal a majority of the value of their home. Rich people have fewer cars because they can afford to lease the one car that meet their need or maintain a car that meet their need or so well of they don't need a car because they work from home or they have passive income that doesn't require much leaving the home. People in the lower mid to mid range well off on the other hand are still working to get to that well off position so everyone abled to work or can find work have transportation because the location they live in have no public transportation and also they live farther away from the job locations. SO the best bet before this illness was to find some way to work from home... after this illness the roads are used less and more are able to work from home that the federal government is looking to tax people because they don't commute as much or not at all..... Any money that may be an extra to the work at home person in a majority is pulled out of the household into the hands of idiot government officials. NICE

Two things that really trip me out about these listings: 1) People who will buy millionaire homes with neighbors right on them. 2) The tiny land space. I can't imagine who is spending 1.7 mil for this, besides the fact that it doesn't even have a pool. Surreal!!! And don't get me started on that closet. Seriously, this has to be a joke.

There are far more residential properties worth over a million on small lots or sharing walls in a building (in desirable cities) than houses out in the exurbs with a spread of land. I would never spend this kind of money on a house like this out in the suburbs, anywhere, but my small 1800sf house on a 1/8 acre is worth just a bit less than this. But I live in a great coastal city, walking distance to downtown and just a couple minute walk to great restaurants, pubs and shopping. It’s not for everyone but it is to enough to justify its value.

this is not a 1.7m home in my eyes! I'm a jaded californian and believe me I have seen 1m homes! Give me a 'C', C! Give me a 'K', H! No a 'K', K! Yea, it's a William Lyon's Ridges vid with CK! Yea man! Love this development. This is some 'hood, and the one in the kitchen is great, too. I'm drooling already. Nice to see a standing inventory and not as decked out as the model, although the model with the back lit onyx bar was, well, what can we say......... MARVELWOWS I want it, I want it, I want it! The heart is willing, but the ole bank account is not. So, to get my way, I'm holding my breath and throwing a temper tantrum until I get it! So there! (Wah, wah, wah). But, recently, I've had this Cliff Barnes and the fear of success thing going on. This place is worth every penny. I like the way Lyon homes tones down the modern. Compare to what Pardee or TB would have done with the interior. This place will age well. I'd tile or stone around the fireplaces, of course. The bar has enough room to show off some of my original german stein collection - yup I am that kitschy. I even have a Cuckoo clock. Fits my personality. The model had a glass partition, if I recall, which really opened up the entrance to the master bedroom. It's hard to decorate curved walls. I know, I have one in my exclusive north 'hood designer loft style townhome, with the 20 foot high ceilings in the great room, pool sized backyard, and room for a pony. Oh, they finished the backyard, that's unusual and a great selling point. The MB is incredible, esp. with the barn doors, & esp. with hiz and herz commodes. If I've said it a million times, I have said it once. LUV your vids, man. The vid is well, boss, great treatment of the place. I enjoyed it all, and will watch it again. We even had the soothing sounds of crunchy rocks. .

Do people like you ever get tired of commenting about the price on every video? You're paying for the location and quality of the home, not for the size or amount of bedrooms. You won't find a newly constructed house in a gated golf course community for anything less than $1M in this area.
@mrschuyler5 жыл бұрын
@@xBlueGlacier If that is directed at me, I don't. If you're talking about location, you're in the middle of a friggin desert where they carve out these house on postage stamp lots. Compare that to the Atlanta house where the greenery abounds. And we're not talking $1 million, we're talking $1.7 for a 3 bedroom house that is nowhere near as nice as some of the other houses he has shown in Las Vegas, in other words, in similar neighborhoods as this one. This house has no class, no style, and is as bland as can be. if you like it, have at it. Ain't nobody stopping you from being the sucker mentioned above (not by me.)

Jeez, your facts couldn't be more wrong. Summerlin starts at Durango, the Aviators are the AAA affiliate of the Oakland A's. Red Rock canyon is not a " national park" it's a conservation area but it's run by the "national park service". Also, the speed limit on the street your on above hualapI is 35 mph. You're easily going 47 mph. That's not Trilogy, that's the Siena golf community. It is age restricted. So you're 1 for 10 so far
@korenng55535 жыл бұрын
Hualapai starts Summerlin entrance off this Flamingo road going into The Ridges. Siena to Left is my community and love it. The Ridges is highly desirable and most are custom lots and homes. I have been into these models William Lyons Silver Ridge which started $800+ to $1M several yrs ago.

You know if I had 1.7M to purchase a home, I'd obviously have some very nice, very low to the ground vehicles i.e. Ferrari, Porsche, etc. The fact that this road has speed bumps every 100 feet would immediately make me walk away from the home purchase. It looks like this is catering to the same crowd as the Trinity area - old people with SUVs.
