I loved this the first time and even more the second go round. Especially the crest in the kitchen over the entry into the sitting room. I am not an apartment guy, but….this location definitely does it for me. Your story of “The Resurrection” really pulled me in when you initially presented it. I have seen the painting and what little hair I have stood up! Most incredible to see in person. My place is maybe 40 minutes from Sansepolcro but I certainly will be a regular visitor. This is one of your best properties and will sell quickly. I look forward to your own restoration update also. When you end your day and reflect with that glass of wine, it must be utterly rewarding to know, that you affect so many. It’s not a feeling everyone is lucky enough to have. I hope you relish in it. A beautiful apartment, very nicely shown! What a meticulous restoration of those frescoes! And the blocks of colour on the other walls were very sensitively chosen. But the biggest surprise by far? - the price! - I was guessing twice as much. What a bargain. A great stylistic counterpoint to last week's superb 'wabi-sabi' apartment. Looking forward to seeing a progress update on your palazzo. Keep up the great work.

I remember this property well. This fantastic restoration warranted a second look, if only because of those frescos. I had that same sense of calm that you described. Though I'm a fan of more dramatic views, there's something about looking at the church entrance framed by the two trees. I enjoyed the description of the iron bars, but the best part of the opening was the stares from the two passersby (Che un inglese pazzo!). Thanks, Nick!

I remember this place. It had a coat of arms over the arch in the kitchen. Looks like it’s still there. I do not, as a rule, like modern kitchens. I’m having an internal battle because this kitchen is very appealing in this space. You’d love me as a buyer. You can have that light you like if you’ll remove it and replace it with a flush mount can light! 😅😅😅 This apartment is magnificent. It’s a rare gem. I don’t know the market there but the price seems reasonable for a metropolitan area.
